His career evolved into executive leadership roles overseeing complex operations, compliance-driven systems, and multidisciplinary teams.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS), providing a strong foundation in management, labor, and regulatory frameworks. He is currently a PhD candidate studying leadership and organizational change, with a research focus on motivation, turnover, and ethical leadership.
