Carlos Cienfuegos is a healthcare and human services executive whose leadership is rooted in governance, organizational systems, and long-term institutional health.

He currently serves as CEO and Founder of mission-driven organizations while pursuing doctoral research focused on leadership style, workforce motivation, and turnover in healthcare and human services.

Carlos began his career working directly with organizations serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Through this work, he developed a deep commitment to improving leadership, systems, and accountability within human-services organizations.

In 2016 he founded Sentry Living Solutions to deliver high-quality services while building an organizational culture centered on professionalism, compassion, and operational excellence.

Carlos began his career within human services environments, gaining direct exposure to the realities faced by frontline staff, leadership teams, and the individuals served. His career evolved into executive leadership roles overseeing complex operations, compliance-driven systems, and multidisciplinary teams.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS), providing a strong foundation in management, labor, and regulatory frameworks. He is currently a PhD candidate studying leadership and organizational change, with a research focus on motivation, turnover, and ethical leadership.
